Why it matters

Most first aid training ticks a box.
Yours needs to protect real children.

Most providers sell the same course to everyone. You are left guessing who needs what, whether your cover is enough, and how to train staff without pulling half the team off the floor. Foundation First Aid fixes that.

No more one-size-fits-all courses

Your training is matched to your setting, your staff, and the children in your care.

Know exactly who needs what

We help you understand the right level of cover, so you are not guessing your way through compliance.

Train the right people, the right way

Keep disruption low and avoid sending staff on courses they do not actually need.

Walk away clear, covered and confident

You will know what is required, what is recommended, and exactly what to do next.

How it works

The simple way to get your training sorted properly

Tell us about your school, nursery or education setting. We help you identify the right training, plan it around your team, and deliver practical sessions that give staff the confidence to act when it matters.

Free training review

We help you understand what your setting actually needs before you book.

Education-specific guidance

You are not forced into a generic course that does not fit your staff or age groups.

On-site or flexible delivery

Training is planned around your timetable to reduce disruption.

Practical, hands-on teaching

Staff leave knowing what to do in real situations, not just how to pass the course.

Compliance support

Clear guidance around EYFS, Ofsted, HSE and certificate requirements.

Accredited certification

Your team receives recognised training and proof of completion.

Stay covered

Know your setting is covered, not just hoping it is

We help you meet your responsibilities with confidence, then keep you there. When a certificate is coming up for renewal we remind you, so your cover never quietly lapses and you are never caught short at inspection.

What the EYFS requires

At least one person with a current paediatric first aid certificate must be on the premises, and available, at all times when children are present, including on outings.

Annual refresher training is recommended to keep those skills current.
