Foundation First Aid ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and your rights under UK GDPR.

What we collect

When you request a free training review we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), your type of setting and the details of your enquiry. We also collect information about how you found and used this page (for example the advert you clicked) and, if you accept cookies, analytics and advertising data.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry and recommend the right training, to arrange and deliver your training, to contact you about your booking, to understand and improve our website and adverts, and to meet our legal obligations.

Lawful basis

We rely on your consent (for cookies and marketing), on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (to arrange your training), and on our legitimate interests in running and improving our service.

Who we share it with

Trusted providers who help us run this service, including website hosting (Cloudflare), analytics and advertising platforms (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Meta), and the marketing agency that supports us. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, or withdraw consent at any time. Email mo@foundationfirstaid.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
